Let’s be real, being normal is mid.

We turn your weird

Because blending in is exactly why no one gives a sh*t. Trying too hard to stand out? That’s just another way of blending in. The only way to actually stand out is to do what no one else can — be you.

Into your brand’s superpower.

Neo Genesis…

For a minute, even WE weren’t the main characters in our own brand.  When the world went digital, we did what everyone else was doing — trying to blend in, hoping it would make us stand out.

Is all about making YOU, the main character.

After too many,

We finally got it — standing out isn’t about faking it. It’s about dropping the act and showing up as you. The quirks, the mess, the unfiltered sh*t that makes you you — that’s the unfair advantage.

“Why the f*ck are we doing this?” moments…

Personal branding has been basic af…

📸😎✌️

So we’re setting it on fire. Burning it all down so you can show up like you own it. No more playing it safe. No more blending in. Ready to turn ‘Who?’ into ‘Oh, that mf? Let’s f*cking go.

The misfits who run this sh*t.

Rachel Lee

Co-Founder and Chief Creative Unicorn of Neo Genesis (yes, that’s a real title, and no, she’s not changing it).

An artist, designer, and (recovering) creative entrepreneur, Rachel’s helped 100+ brands across North America ditch the bland and level up — keeping it classy without killing the fun.

Rachel’s mastered the art of making ‘professional’ and ‘playful’ work together without scaring off clients or looking like a chaotic mess. Her ultimate dream? Making art that inspires people to own every part of who they are — loud, proud, and unapologetic. And it starts with her own brand.

When she’s not rescuing brands from an identity crisis, you’ll probably find her doodling on her iPad, blasting EDM on a run, or hanging with her cat (who, let’s be real, runs the show).

Neo Zayden

Co-Founder and Chief Vibe Ninja of Neo Genesis — because keeping the brand’s energy on point is a full-time job.

An emerging artist and creative, Neo’s reinvented himself more times than he can remember. He’s dabbled in everything — finance, digital marketing, podcasting — and somehow lived to tell the tale.

While everyone’s busy chasing trends, Neo’s all about building something raw, unfiltered, and actually real. To him, personal branding isn’t about faking it — it’s about owning your quirks, weirdness, and all the little things that make you, you.

When he’s not helping others figure out their brands, he’s chasing his own dream of becoming a music artist and learning to produce tracks that (hopefully) won’t make your ears bleed… 🤣

Levi

Chief Happiness Officer of Neo Genesis and our resident studio cat — because every rebellious brand needs a fluffy overlord.

His daily grind? Supervising snack breaks, delivering emotional support via well-timed purrs, and making sure we touch grass (or at least step away from our screens before our eyeballs melt).

Levi takes his job very seriously — whether it’s boosting morale, enforcing mandatory cuddle breaks, or making sure the office vibe stays pawsitive. If you’re lucky, you might catch him on Zoom stomping on keyboards, blocking the camera, or taking a power dump mid-meeting — because his timing is impeccable.

He’s the heart of the studio, the king of distractions, and the only one truly running this place. We just work here.

(Levi’s not on social media… YET.)

Kazu

(Wrote this myself. The others let someone else do theirs. Weak.)

No clue how I ended up at Neo Genesis.  Just walked in one day and saw everyone doing way too much. Trying so hard to look professional, it all felt fake. So I called out their sh*t.

At first, things got awkward. No one said anything — they just kinda blinked at me. Next thing I knew, they wanted me to keep going.  F*cking Weirdos…

Neo Genesis isn’t like the others. Too real to fake it. Too weird to care. And they’re totally fine with a bunny calling the shots…. So I stayed. Kept calling sh*t out when it felt off — especially when we started trying to fit in instead of fitting the f*ck out.

Tbh, not that I cared. I just hate watching people play small. Guess that’s the kind of sh*t that gets you promoted to Chief Chaos Officer around here. Apparently.

Alright, we’ll shut up now.

Let’s talk about YOU.
